submitted by Wendy H. - |Recommended: YesOur new management. — Jessica the new manager, is very courteous,since being here, she is doing an excellent job Rashard our maintenance supervisor, as always, works very hard to keep the property up and running, as for some residents please be respectful, and not just drop your trash There are trash bins around the property please use them. Likewise if you own a dog, pickup after them, don’t leave it for Rashard to pickup, he has enough to do, remember they are your dogs

We understand how frustrating that can be and are actively working to get it resolved as quickly as possible. We hope to have it all sorted soon.

I pay 1,100 month for a tiny 368–386 sq ft studio with no dishwasher, a washer dryer combo that takes 4 hours to dry, and undrinkable hard water that’s damaged my clothes and caused hair loss—even with filters. There’s rust buildup in the toilets and a constant roach problem. Meanwhile, nearby complexes offer larger 1-bedroom units 530 sq ft for the same price—with real amenities like a dishwasher, separate washer and dryer, and a balcony. If your unit faces the front, prepare to be woken up by daily 4–5 AM construction noise. For what you’re paying, you should get much more. I’m a student, and even on a budget, this place just isn’t worth it.

Reasonable value for renting an apartment with everything included. It can have a better handle on housekeeping and security but overall, it is a good place to live at.
